BIOGRAPHY:
Elaine Hall has worked as on on-set acting coach for Disney Studios, Universal Pictures, CBS, Nickelodeon and most recently the feature film AKEELAH AND THE BEE. Her innovative approach as a children’s acting coach has been featured on CNN, HBO, and Showtime. Known in the print and commercial world as The Baby Wrangler, Elaine and her team of coaches are sought after by Old Navy, Target, Graco, JC Penny, Disney, and many others.
In addition, Elaine Hall is the creator and director of The Miracle Project, www.themiracleproject.com which is a theater and film program for children with autism and other special needs. Elaine is also the founder of Kids On Stage, Inc. www.kidsonstage.com, one of Los Angeles’ premier children’s acting programs.
Elaine uses creativity and joy to bring out the best in all children she works with. Her theater production experience is extensive, having written and directed over thirty children’s plays.
Elaine and her program The Miracle Project are the subjects of a feature length documentary titled, AUTISM: THE MUSICAL www.autismthemusical.com, endorsed by Autism Speaks which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival to rave reviews. We are proud to inform you that it won the coveted Audience Award at the Newport Rhode Island international and The Mill Valley Film Festivals, and will air on HBO in Spring of 2008.
Elaine Hall is a visionary. Her sensitivity with children of all ages sets her apart from a traditional acting coaches. She is currently working on a music CD, a film treatment and a book, all of which celebrate the uniqueness of all children.
