Carol Lynn is a Senior Agent and Director of Commercials and Modeling, Young Talent Division at Cunningham Escott Slevin Doherty in Los Angeles.  She has worked as a franchised agent continuously in Los Angeles since 1984 and has represented some of Hollywood’s most notable young talent.  She has worked at CESD, a large talent agency with offices in New York and Los Angeles, since 1990. 

She has won The Telly award for “Best Casting in A Commercial” for the Women in Film Organization. She is a member of the honorary Speech Fraternity Tau Kappa Alpha.  She was nominated for 2006 and 2007 Seymour Heller Award as Youth Commercial Agent of the Year by the Talent Managers Association.

Carol Lynn has judged the Miss Montana pageant for The Miss USA pageant and is on the Board of Advisors for the Julie Nation Academy in Santa Rosa, California.  She speaks at conventions and industry panels:  SAG New York, Young Performer’s Committee, Actorsite, Tomorrow Talent, AMTC, NYMC, Fusion, Proscout, and more.  Her seminar, “Taking the Leap” has been presented before thousand of actors and parents.

She is currently serving as Co-Chair at the Association of Talent Agents on the Commercial Panel.
