Mario Lopez & Academy of Cinema Develop DVD for Aspiring Young Actors and Their Parents.

The academy of Cinema and Television (A.C.T.), announces collaboration with Mario Lopez to produce a DVD that will inform and empower parents of children interested in the performing arts.  The private academy is dedicated to helping students earn and maintain an edge in the highly competitive entertainment industry.  

Mario Lopez got his break with the hit TV show "Saved by the Bell."  Mario quickly became a teen heartthrob, but he always stayed grounded.  As a respected professional who experienced fame at a young age, yet remained active in his discipline as an adult, Lopez is an excellent example of how a child actor has used fame to his advantage and has gone on to a successful show business career in adulthood.  Mario Lopez's experience as a child actor will give parents and kids valuable insight into the inner workings of the entertainment industry.  The instructional DVD will help answer parent's questions and concerns.  Read More
