Octomom calls for dismissal of child labor lawsuit

Octuplets mother Nadya Suleman wants a judge to throw out a lawsuit filed by a child labor activist.

In Orange County Superior Court documents filed Friday, Suleman asked for dismissal of the case filed by former child star Paul Petersen, who heads a group that protects child performers.

The suit calls for a trust on behalf of Suleman's children and alleges video shoots of Suleman's babies have already violated labor laws. Read More
