Watch Out for “The Mezzo-Sopranos”

“The 52nd Street Project,” a theater program for Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen children, has taught young performers to treat celebrities like regular folks.  Perhaps that is because for the last 27 years the project has provided 9- to 18-year-olds with guidance in playwriting and acting by having them perform alongside an enviable roster of volunteers.

Currently their new hit project, “The Mezzo-Sopranos” based off of the critically acclaimed HBO Series of almost the same name, features inspiring young actors and actresses and those that they look up to like Edie Falco, Dominic Chianese and Carl Capotorto (a few of the actors  from “The Sopranos.”)  Read More
